We created this tool to change ini settings. We based our tool off a Reddit post: https://www.reddit.com/r/RocketLeague/comments/aefphm/jan_2019_rocket_league_potato_tweak_guide/. The tool looks for the ‘TASystemSettings.ini’ file in you My Documents folder and opens it up for editing. There are Default and Lowest Settings in Options menu.

INSTRUCTIONS
►Close the game then run this tool to change the common settings and click the “Output” button to see the your changes and then “Save” to commit the changes from the textbox to the ‘TASystemSettings.ini’ file.
There are “Default” preset in the “Options” menu.
Also there is a “Lowest” preset for the fastest most FPS setting.
►Close this tool and run the game.
NOTE: Please make a backup of ‘TASystemSettings.ini’ file before using our tool. Please be careful with the settings.
